Talk To Me About Cats, Inc. (TTMAC) is a 501c3 nonprofit TNR (trap-neuter-return) group located in the City of Newburgh. TTMAC is committed to growing compassion towards our feline community and when possible places adoptable cats and kittens in both foster and permanent homes.
